Development roadmap

A clear direction.
An honest status.

The roadmap shows how MAFRM progresses from working foundations to connected data, independent evaluation and controlled operational readiness.

01 /
Available in prototype

Working foundations

Selected roster imports, independent checking, continuous model history and pilot/population review views provide the current foundation. Expansion is focused on broader inputs and richer traces.

02 /
In development

Reproducible scenarios

Run identities, exact single-duty edits, named A/B/C scenarios and baseline checks are in place. Next steps add flexible sequence editing, fuller traces and durable persistence.

03 /
Integration roadmap

Connected roster history

Build a canonical event history and authorised provider adapters that preserve published, revised and actual records.

04 /
Design & governance

Participant data & governance

Introduce hosted identity, consent, segregated storage and appropriate access controls, beginning with clearly scoped observation workflows.

05 /
Validation program

Independent evaluation

Retain prospective predictions and compare them with independently collected observations, reporting error, calibration and out-of-sample performance.

06 /
Readiness gates

Controlled readiness

Complete security, privacy, legal and operational review, recovery testing, documented acceptance and rollback before wider release.

The next useful step

Deepen the comparison.
Preserve the baseline.

The current build priority is extending scenario editing beyond a single replacement: add and resequence duties or recovery periods, retain an explicit change list and compare downstream results.

Acceptance depends on scenario isolation, consistent baseline identity, invalid-sequence checks and protection of the existing calculation behaviour. Scientific changes follow their own evidence and governance pathway.

This keeps product development, model evaluation and operational readiness visible as separate but connected workstreams.

What moves the project forward?

Well-defined operational questions, representative data made available under appropriate agreements, specialist scientific input and a feasible independent validation protocol.

Early conversations help define the right scope, responsibilities, evidence and data-handling arrangements for a briefing, pilot program or research collaboration.
